The Reproductive Privacy Act

http://erstarnews.com/content/view/2823/42/
[This is an older article regarding an earlier introduction of the bill.]
"The abortion industry has hit Minnesota with its most radical pro-abortion bill ever. The Reproductive Privacy Act, S.F.3720/ H.F. 4059, could invalidate all laws protecting unborn children, minor girls and vulnerable women presently in place in Minnesota. The Reproductive Privacy Act is a heartless act on the part of the abortion industry to guarantee its 'right' to promote and perform abortions without any oversight. Abortionists want to be able to perform abortions on minors without notifying their parents. They want to keep women in the dark about abortion risks, complications and alternatives. Passage of the Reproductive Privacy Act could nullify the Parental Notification Law, the Woman's Right to Know Law, the unborn Child Pain Prevention Act and others. Your support is crucial to stop passage of this radical bill granting unlimited 'privacy' to the abortion industry. Please contact your state representative and senator and ask them to work to stop passage of the Reproductive Privacy Act ..."    Back to menu
