federal House
representative, your
two federal
senators,
President Obama,
and sponsors of the bill in the previous Congress --
Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY)
and Senator Barbara Boxer
(D-CA). It's much better to send a form letter than not to send a letter
at all. Note: no bill number is necessary until a new one is assigned. If

Dear Representative Connolly:
Subject: Please Oppose FOCA
As a mother of two, I find it difficult to entrust the average teenager to
watch my two little kids for an hour, much less entrust a scared and vulnerable
teenage girl with the choice between the LIFE or DEATH of a defenseless human
being.
Please fight the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) in defense of the lives of
our citizens that are the most powerless and most vulnerable, our unborn
children, and strengthen Americans' family bonds by upholding the current
federal restrictions on abortion, including parental consent. I believe teenagers
need and deserve guidance in troubled times -- not more freedoms and rights
to harmful drugs or procedures without the consent of their parents.
I am appalled that our (once) great nation can defend, in the guise of "freedom,"
a mother's "right" to kill her own baby.
I will pray for you, Senator. Thank you for your consideration of my plea.
I would appreciate a response to my letter.
